For the prestigious Breakthrough Prize Ceremony produced by Vanity Fair at NASA’s Hangar 1 in Mountain View, California, KINETIC LIGHTS presented the kinetic installation GRID, a monumental composition of moving light and geometry celebrating innovation, science, and human achievement.
Featuring Winch M systems and Rod Triangles, the installation transformed the vast aerospace venue into a futuristic architectural environment suspended between technology and art. Through synchronized motion, glowing geometric structures, and immersive spatial choreography, KINETIC LIGHTS helped shape an unforgettable visual identity for one of the world’s most prestigious celebrations of scientific discovery.
Hosted by Kevin Spacey and featuring appearances by Stephen Hawking, Sergey Brin, Mark Zuckerberg, and Lana Del Rey, the event honored groundbreaking achievements in physics and life sciences with an atmosphere that reflected the forward-thinking spirit of the awards themselves.
