PAPER WAVE
2014 - Paris, France
Citroën
CITROËN celebrates the 5th anniversary of its DS-Models, and at the same time marks the 136th birthday of its founder Andre Citroën. Citroën also presents its newest C4 Cactus model and the specifically designed PAPER WAVE kinetic installation.
PAPER WAVE is one of the longest KINETIC LIGHTS installation so far. A 65m-long array of KINETIC LIGHTS hovers above the car runway. The installation looks like a delicate wave and is made of paper-thin sheets that smoothly change colors and positions. The installation is simple and pure. At the same time it is unique in its dimension and layer-like structure. The installation idea came from CITROËN and agency Lever de Rideau and was implemented efficiently by WHITEvoid designers and engineers.
