For the Sommerlights '22 KINETIC LIGHTS realized a special highlight on the outdoor area of the DARK MATTER in Berlin: the 16 meter high light sculpture STALACTITE. DJs and other live acts performed with the pyramid and provided unforgettable summer evenings under the open sky.

The luminous sculpture by light artists Christopher Bauder and WHITEvoid was seen by thousands of visitors throughout the summer. The giant structure of 360 Rod lights hovered above visitors and glowed in complex, pulsating shapes and patterns. Software generated the light animations in real time in immediate response to the music.
